Winter Tequila Mule Ingredients

1 ½ oz cada día tequila reposado
1 oz rosemary syrup
½ oz fresh-squeezed lime juice
ginger beer (as much or as little as you’d prefer!)

Winter Tequila Mule Instructions

1. For the rosemary syrup, heat 1 cup of water and one cup of sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add a sprig of rosemary, letting it steep as it cools.
2. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until frosted.
3. Strain into a salt and ginger sugar rimmed glass. Add ice and top with ginger beer. Enjoy!
