You’d think she put blood, sweat, and tears into this one based off of how good it is but Camille from Supply and Demand calls this one “Blood, Smoke, Honey”. This is a vibrant, late winter gimlet. Blood orange and burnt honey play beautifully off the caramelized flavours of the cada día tequila reposado, but not before a torched rosemary garnish hits the nose and warms your soul.


2 oz cada día tequila reposado
¾ oz blood orange/burnt honey cordial⠀
¾ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
pinch of salt
3 dashes of bitters⠀


1. Shake all ingredients with ice until the shaker becomes frosted then fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass
2. Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
