You’d think she put blood, sweat, and tears into this cocktail recipe based off of how good it is! Camille from Supply and Demand in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada calls this amazing recipe “Blood, Smoke, Honey”.

This is a vibrant, late winter gimlet. Blood orange and burnt honey play beautifully off the caramelized flavours of the cada día tequila reposado. However, this is not before a torched rosemary garnish hits the nose and warms your soul.

Blood, Smoke, Honey Ingredients

2 oz cada día tequila reposado
¾ oz blood orange/burnt honey cordial
¾ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
pinch of salt
3 dashes of bitters

Blood, Smoke, Honey Instructions

1. Shake all ingredients with ice until the shaker becomes frosted then fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass

2. Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig.
