This is a vibrant, late winter gimlet. Blood orange and burnt honey play beautifully off the caramelized flavours of the cada día tequila reposado. However, this is not before a torched rosemary garnish hits the nose and warms your soul.

Blood, Smoke, Honey Ingredients
2 oz cada día tequila reposado
¾ oz blood orange/burnt honey cordial
¾ oz fresh-squeezed lemon juice
pinch of salt
3 dashes of bitters
Blood, Smoke, Honey Instructions
1. Shake all ingredients with ice until the shaker becomes frosted then fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass
2. Garnish with a torched rosemary sprig.
